Rosie | HR & Team Support Project Manager | She/Her
People, Pups, Purpose, and Passion
Hailing from the quaint town of Hamilton, Texas, Rosie grew up amidst a veritable zoo of pets—from horses to goldfish—igniting her early dreams of becoming a veterinarian. Though life's winding paths led her down a different road, her fervor for animal care never waned, guiding her instead into the realms of pet grooming and veterinary management. Today, Rosie is not only a certified veterinary assistant, but she's also an enthusiastic lifelong learner with numerous continuing education courses from the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) under her belt.
Before she joined the iVET360 team as our HR & Team Support Project Manager, Rosie cut her leadership teeth as the lead recruiter for a nanny agency, sharpening her already considerable skills in HR management. Yet, it's her enduring love for furry friends and the people who care for them that truly defines her. As she supports our team, she does so with a heart firmly rooted in the care of both pets and their human families. Rosie’s knack for nurturing ensures that everyone, from two-legged to four-legged, receives the best support possible.
Serving Aces Both On and Off the Court
When she's not steering our team to new heights, Rosie is living the quintessential Texas life, embracing the great outdoors with zest. Whether she’s lacing up her running shoes or hitting the hiking trails, she’s rarely still. Tennis is another passion—having played in college, she still enjoys hitting the court, inspired by her all-time favorite player, Andy Roddick.
Rosie also treasures quiet moments with her family. She and her spouse enjoy spending time with their spirited 14-year-old daughter. Rosie also enjoys winding down by rewatching episodes of her favorite comfort shows, New Girl and Schitt's Creek.
Furry Family
Back at home, Rosie's welcome committee consists of three furry family members: Tank, her loyal pitbull; Daisy, the energetic beagle; and Gizmo, the mischievous puggle. Rosie's love for animals has been a lifelong passion, and she continues to cherish the unconditional love and support she receives from her own furry family. Tank, Daisy, and Gizmo are more than just pets – they are her faithful companions and a constant reminder of the joy and comfort that animals bring to our lives.
