Client Engagement Manager

iVET360 is a company fiercely dedicated to providing a set of high-value management services to independent private veterinary hospitals across the US. In 2 short years we have built a client list of over 60 high performing hospitals covering 17 states. We are delivering documented value and results for these prominent hospitals that is far outpacing general industry trends. We are looking to add just the right person to our client prospecting team. Our business, team and culture have are all being very carefully and methodically built and we are extremely selective in adding teammates to the mix. We are looking for someone who has the following characteristics:

  • Is passionate about what we do, is dedicated to helping people and is an awesome and fearless communicator. They need to demonstrate superior communicator skills, verbally as well as written and small group presentations. They most likely have been in some customer focused environment such as retail sales/customer service/account management, etc.
  • We have created a truly unique client engagement environment. They are responsible for helping us secure phone call appointments with veterinary hospitals (Practice Managers and Doctors) for our leadership team to make a 45 minute company introduction and/or attend a webinar on our services. Communication will be social media, emails and phone calls.
  • Ideally about 2 year’s full-time corporate experience. This is potentially a career making position with a fast growing company who has successfully come out of the start-up mode and is now in initial phases of scaling the company.
  • College Degree or serious direct customer service experience in place of.
  • We pay a very competitive salary along with a very generous basket of benefits including paid parking and/or transportation stipend for our cool downtown office location.
