Noelle
Noelle Spayer | Marketing Manager | She/Her
Marketing With A Mission
With an English degree in hand (and a failed Hollywood stint in her rear mirror?), Noelle found her true calling in animal welfare. She worked for PAWS Chicago, the Midwest's largest no-kill shelter, wearing many hats—from Animal Program Manager to Foster Care Manager and Event Animal & Transport Animal Manager. Her passion for helping animals then led her to a 'competitor' in veterinary marketing, where she honed her skills for eight years. Eventually Noelle saw the light and joined the ranks on the better team. Now, as a part of the iVET360 crew, Noelle is excited to help veterinarians find ways to assist more pets, educate their clients, and keep more animals out of shelters. With her marketing expertise and deep understanding of the veterinary community, she's ready to make a difference while ensuring vets and their teams don't burn out in the process.
The Balancing Act
Outside of work, Noelle is a mom to two little ones who keep her busy and distracted from her latest hyperfixation. Her life is a great juggling act…which is a natural segue into talking about her time in the circus! This former trapeze artist, circus performer, and US-certified instructor for archery, rock climbing, and sailing now channel her ADHD-fueled energy into DIY home and yard projects, pursuing interests with unmatched intensity. When tasked with making playlists, Noelle's musical tastes are a mix of disco, classic rock, and now the pop tunes her kids have introduced her to—a development she's surprisingly not mad about! On the perfect weekend, you may find her embracing the joy of having no plans.
Furry Family
Noelle's four-legged companions are an integral part of her life. There's Shemi (short for Buscemi), the 15-year-old toothless brown and white 'Deerhead' Chihuahua from the mean streets of Chicago. Sugar, the 14-year-old white and tan Border Collie from Oklahoma, with a host of behavioral and cognitive issues to the mix. Sisu, the energetic 2-year-old white Beagle/Coonhound/Pit Mix, keeps everyone on their toes with his boundless energy. Last but not least is Jirachi, the newest addition to the family—a 1-year-old black Chihuahua with a talent for Houdini-like escapes and a spicy attitude towards vets. Together, this menagerie keeps Noelle's life filled with entertainment and the occasional chase around the neighborhood when Jirachi decides to make a break for it.
