Matthew J Murray, Founder, CEO & President
Matt has more than 30 years of hands-on operational, marketing and financial experience across different industries, and he developed many of the delivery techniques used at iVET360. Matt helped develop two very successful companies as the COO of Stratus Dental Group and VP of Audigy Group, providing management services to prominent private dental and audiology practices.
Oliver Roller, Managing Director, Analytics
Oliver brings a diverse set of operational experience and private healthcare management knowledge to the iVET360 Management Team. In his role here, Oliver manages the Pulse platform as well as oversees the analytics managers who delivery analytics services to clients. Oliver’s private practice experience started at a young age at a practice where his father was a nationally recognized dentist. After graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in finance and entrepreneurial studies, he established a successful career as an investor, producer and operations director for an independent feature film company.
When he moved to Portland, he reentered the world of private practice and spent seven years working in management services for private healthcare clinics. Oliver was instrumental in building one of the fastest-growing companies in the Portland metro area, Fuel Medical Group, which serves leading otolaryngology clinics all over the country. Oliver is the father of two pleasant little rescue cats named Dari and Naya and a Portuguese Water Dog named Nash.
Justin Vandeberghe, Managing Director, Creative Services
As the Managing Director of Creative Services at iVET360, Justin is in charge of the creation of marketing services delivered to clients. In this capacity, he manages the internal creative team consisting of developers, copywriters, and designers along with managing the creation of all-new branding and marketing initiatives. In addition to these responsibilities, Justin oversees iVET360’s annual Veterinary Marketing Benchmark Report, which analyzes and discusses crucial marketing trends in the industry—this report has been distributed and downloaded nationally, including at the university level.
Justin started his career as a brand designer at Liquid Agency, a creative and branding agency based in Silicon Valley, where he worked with clients such as adidas, Intel, Adobe and HP. With the support of Liquid’s executive team, Justin left to run his own digital-specific marketing and social agency and created Vandeberghe Media.
At VM, Justin assembled a team of designers, content creators, and programmers who helped establish VM’s reputation for providing digital marketing strategies that generated results for brands such as Def Jam, Olive, Velodyne, and Slice. Justin then moved into the human healthcare industry with Audigy Group and Stratus Dental Group, where he created industry-leading digital marketing programs and tools that documented new patient growth for over 600 private audiology and dental practices.
Justin is the father of a Boston Terrier named Sir André and two lazy felines named Lily and Miles.
Heather Romano, SPHR, SHRM-CP Managing Director, HR & Training
Heather has been in the veterinary field for 25 years, having held nearly every position found at a veterinary practice. Just before she joined iVET360, she served as a regional multi-unit manager and private hospital management consultant.
Throughout her career, Heather has found that a practice’s culture, leadership, and training are cornerstones to retaining outstanding team members and creating a client experience that cultivates unparalleled loyalty. As a result, her driving passion is helping practices create work environments that foster positive, patient-focused and service-oriented cultures, making practices the premier employer in their area.
Her goal is to help the veterinary field elevate its employee relations to draw the best long-term talent possible. At iVET360, Heather and her HR and Training Team work with practices to assess their cultures and help leaders provide compassionate management techniques. She is also an international conference speaker known for her unique perspective on leading, managing and training the many generations that are currently working in today’s veterinary practices.
Heather shares her home with Emily, the greatest (and laziest) cattle dog that has ever lived.
Drew Vandeberghe, Managing Director, Marketing Services
Drew brings a unique blend of experience to iVET360, from a deep understanding of marketing and branding to adult education and behavioral knowledge. At iVET360, Drew manages the delivery of marketing services, which has produced double-digit new client growth for iVET360 clients for five straight years. He also speaks nationally on the importance of foundational marketing for veterinary hospitals and how to develop and implement robust marketing budgets.
Drew is a Portland native, and he graduated from the University of Oregon, where he studied marketing and economics. After college, Drew moved to South Korea, where he taught English for three years while receiving a certificate in adult education from the University of Cambridge. Following his return to Portland, he enhanced his marketing skills by focusing on digital delivery, primarily in the private practice healthcare industry.
Drew has managed and trained on multiple learning management systems, and he has developed seamless marketing support processes for prominent private practices throughout the United States and Canada. Drew currently raises two fun-loving, easy-going cats named Figaro and Josette.

Gregg Takashima, DVM
After graduating from the University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986, Dr. Takashima established the highly acclaimed Parkway Veterinary Hospital in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Dr. Takashima’s dedication to the veterinary community and advocacy for the human-animal bond has been recognized with an extensive list of industry positions and accomplishments. In 2011, Dr. Takashima was recognized as the Oregon Veterinary Practitioner of the Year and was elected as the 2011-2012 president of the American Animal Hospital Association (AHAA). He is an active international speaker on industry subjects and is a supporter of the Pacific Northwest’s veterinary community.
Laird Goodman, DVM, CVA
Dr. Goodman has been practicing in Portland since graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1983. Dr. Goodman and his wife, Pam, own the well-respected Murrayhill Veterinary Hospital in Beaverton, Oregon. Dr. Goodman is highly regarded locally, regionally and nationally by his peers and is acknowledged as an industry thought-leader for his clinical care and hospital operations. In 1999, Dr. Goodman was recognized as the Pacific Northwest’s American Animal Hospital Association Practitioner of the Year. In addition to being an active national speaker and participant on numerous prominent advisory boards, Dr. Goodman has served as president of both the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association and the Portland Veterinary Medical Association.
Kim Freeman, DVM, DACVIM (Oncology)
Dr. Freeman has been practicing veterinary oncology in Portland, Oregon since 2003. Dr. Freeman received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee/Knoxville in 1999 following her undergraduate work at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Freeman was board certified in the field of oncology by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) in 2003. From 2000-2003 Dr. Freeman completed her oncology residency at the Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston, Texas. Dr. Freeman is a very well respected and highly referred to specialist throughout Oregon and Washington.
