PORTLAND, Ore. – iVET360, a national veterinary management services company, unveiled two new service levels this month with the goal of making their services available to all independently-owned, primary-care veterinary hospitals.
The Portland-based company has added to the original all-inclusive Platinum Service Level and has begun offering their clients three distinct options to choose from. The iVET360 team hopes that by implementing these three service levels that they will be able to assist a wider spectrum of private animal hospitals throughout the country.
iVET360 will continue to provide their Platinum suite of services, which is primarily designed for veterinary hospitals that generate upwards of $1 million in yearly revenue. In addition to this, they will now offer silver and gold packages of services.
The new Silver Level gives any veterinary hospital the resources to accelerate all aspects of marketing including branding, online presence, call tracking, existing pet owner communications, and access to creative services and a dedicated marketing manager.
The second new service level is iVET360’s Gold package. This program includes all components of the Silver Level but will also equip hospitals with iVET360’s customized analytics dashboard. This proprietary software is similar to those used by national veterinary corporations. The software provides real-time, comprehensive operational analysis of hospital activity and tools to improve pet owner compliance with recommended treatment plans.
“We’re super excited to begin offering these services to hospitals who weren’t able to commit to the Platinum package,” said Matt Murray, founder, and CEO of iVET360. “We want every interested veterinary hospital to be able to benefit from our services.”
Although iVET360 recently introduced their new service levels, the company has already received an overwhelming amount of interest from the veterinary community.
Each month, iVET360 hosts a free monthly webinar to educate doctors and practice managers on marketing, staff training, and operational analytics. The February webinar set a new company record with more than 90 veterinary hospitals being represented in attendance.
Additionally, the growth that iVET360 clients have seen has been significant. In 2015, iVET360’s clients saw a 17 percent average increase in revenue and a 24 percent increase in new client growth. These numbers indicate an average of four to 10 times returns on their monthly fee for existing clients after four to six months of services.
